πΈ HOW TO ENTER
1. Buy a product from Jopanke by December 31, 2026. Purchases already made in 2026 also count.
2. Take a creative photo with your Jopanke T-shirt, polo shirt or sweatshirt.
3. Send us your photo on Instagram to @jopanke.shop or via our official Facebook page.
4. Our Jopanke jury will select the three most creative photos!
Important: It's not the most likes that count, but your creativity and originality!
Purchase period: January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026
Submission deadline: January 15, 2027, 11:59 p.m. (German time)
Winner announcement: January 20, 2027

OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Organizer
The competition is organized by Jopanke, owner Petar Vucic, Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
You can find the full company and contact information in the legal notice at www.jopanke.com.
2. Eligibility and purchase requirement
Persons aged 18 or over residing in Germany, Austria, Croatia or Switzerland are eligible to enter.
To enter, you must purchase at least one Jopanke product via www.jopanke.com between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
Purchases already made within this period also entitle you to enter.
The purchase entitles you to enter, but entry is only completed by submitting a valid photo.
Regular retail prices apply. No additional entry fees will be charged.
Canceled, unpaid or fully returned orders do not entitle you to enter.
3. Submission of photos
Each eligible person may submit one photo.
At least one Jopanke product must be clearly visible in the photo.
The photo can be submitted via Instagram direct message to @jopanke.shop or via the official Jopanke Facebook page.
The submission deadline is January 15, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. German time.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple purchases do not increase your chances of winning.
Jopanke may request the order number or other suitable proof of purchase for verification.
4. Selection of winners
The winners will be selected by Jopanke based on the following criteria:
* Creativity and originality
* Extraordinary image concept
* Creative presentation of Jopanke clothing
* Overall impression and design
The number of likes, followers or comments does not influence the assessment.
The three best submissions will receive the advertised prizes according to their placement.
5. Prizes and prize processing
1st Place: A Jopanke shopping voucher worth β¬100.
2nd Place: A Jopanke shopping voucher worth β¬50.
3rd Place: A Jopanke T-shirt of your choice from the available range.
The vouchers can be redeemed at www.jopanke.com. Any remaining balance will be retained if the voucher is partially redeemed. The statutory limitation period applies.
Cash payment is not possible.
For 3rd Place, Jopanke will cover the regular shipping costs to the eligible participant countries. Any import duties will be borne by Jopanke.
The winners will be notified via the submission channel on January 20, 2027.
If no response is received within 14 days, the respective prize may be awarded to another eligible person selected according to the established assessment criteria.
6. Image rights and publication
Participants confirm that they have the necessary usage rights for their submitted photos.
If other recognizable persons are shown, the necessary consents must be in place.
Illegal, offensive, discriminatory or glorifying violence images are excluded.
Submission initially entitles Jopanke exclusively to review and assess the photo within the framework of the competition.
Public publication or promotional use of the photos will only take place with separate voluntary consent.
This applies in particular to publications on Instagram, Facebook and www.jopanke.com.
For use in paid advertisements, additional express permission will be obtained.
Refusal of publication permission does not affect your chances of winning.
Consent may be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
7. Data protection
Jopanke, owner Petar Vucic, is responsible for the processing of personal data. The contact details are provided in the legal notice at www.jopanke.com.
For the purpose of conducting the competition, Jopanke may process:
* Instagram or Facebook usernames
* Submitted photos and messages
* Order numbers and required proof of purchase
* Contact and shipping details of the winners
Processing for the purpose of conducting the competition is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Voluntarily approved photo publication is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Personal data will not be used for automatic newsletter registration.
Data of unsuccessful participants will generally be deleted no later than 90 days after the end of the competition, unless there are statutory retention obligations or other legal reasons for further storage.
Statutory retention periods may apply to winner data.
Participants have rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under the GDPR, as well as the right to revoke consent at any time with effect for the future. In addition, there is a right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
When using Instagram and Facebook, the data protection notices of the respective platform operators also apply.

8. Exclusion from the competition
Jopanke reserves the right to exclude persons in the event of attempted manipulation, false information, violation of image rights or serious breaches of the terms and conditions.
Early termination or modification is only possible if there is a materially justified reason. Already established legitimate claims remain unaffected.
9. Instagram and Facebook
This competition is organized exclusively by Jopanke.
It is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by Instagram, Facebook or Meta and is not affiliated with these platforms.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of the respective country of residence conflict with this.
The statutory rights of the participants remain unaffected.
